I have the AX3200 set up in the bedroom closet of a 4200 sq 2 story home. Fed by a DOCSIS 3.1 modem with a 1 gig connection I get consistent WiFi speeds up to 600gbps upstairs and 300 on the first floor with 60-80 connected clients. I'm on a large lot and although speeds over 70gbps is available i opted to add a TP Link mesh extender and now have up to 200gbps available with seamless transition between both nodes. All this with almost no annoying drops. You make your own judgement

If the router is centrally located, it may work; however, Wi-Fi coverage will depend on numerous variables including, but not limited to: - Placement of the router (central location is typically ideal) - Physical obstructions between the router and your devices (e.g. walls, etc.) - Distance between the router and your devices - Which WiFi band you are connecting to (2.4GHz vs. 5GHz)
