We would recommend resetting the unit by pressing and holding the reset button for at least 10 seconds. Then, please try re-adding it via the Deco app. For further assistance, please reach out to your local TP-Link support team using the support portal on our official website.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It appears the setup didn't complete properly. Try using the reset button on the bottom. That should wipe it and let it start over. Also, make sure the firmware is updated on all devices.
