Hi! The Deco M4 is equipped with Gigabit Ethernet ports. Please ensure your primary Deco (the one connected to your modem) is using a CAT5e or higher Ethernet cable. We also recommend making sure your wireless devices are set to prioritize the 5GHz band, where applicable, and that the Deco app and firmware are fully up to date.
