- Answer I also have a xfinity rented router with WIFI. I tried to disable wifi in it, but I could not find a way to do that. Then I just changed the SIDD for the Xfinity wifi, then connected one of the DECO devices to the Xfinity router using an Ethernet cable. then following the deco instructions to get the mesh set up. It was very easy to set up.

QuestionCan I buy a single one of Deco AX3000's to add onto my 3 pack system? It said that if you add another one it will automatically connect.

QuestionCan I create separate 2.4 and 5 GHz SSIDs with this? I have some old devices that will only work with 2.4 GHz and have had trouble getting them to connect to an SSID that combines both into a single network name.

- Answer No you cannot. Worst yet you cannot disable remote management. Look for something from Asus.

- Answer How is your setup, is your modem/router from AT&T on bridge mode so that it utilizes the Deco mesh system properly? Also, in the deco app, have you tried the Network Optimization feature? Because that is a considerable difference in what you should be getting in speed
