The voltage it accepts is 120 volts however you can adjust the brightness of the bulb from 0% to 100% if you want to monitor your power consumption. You can also adjust the color temp from 2700k warm color to 5000k true white and see a graph on the TP-Link Kasa App that shows you how long you have had the light on for and how much power you used in kilowatts. It's an excellent product! But be aware that it runs under wifi and you may require a wifi extender should your bulb be far from the wifi router. I had to do that in my home.
