A:AnswerYou need to take the back cover off and press the reset button with a paper clip in order to reset the camera to factory setting. Then, you can set it up again with the new WiFi.
A:AnswerThe Kasa Cam Indoor supports live view; however currently it is limited to 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, you will need to exit and re-enter the live view.

A:AnswerI have had this happen to mine before...to make it work again i just have had to unplug the camera and plug it back in... I have had to do this about 2 or three times in the last 4 months.
A:AnswerYes, it is compatible with iphone. Kasa has an app you can download from the Apple app store. It will give you alerts when it captures motion as well as records a clip for later viewing.
A:AnswerIt will record in 30 second continuous intervals. Yes it will send a notification to the app on your phone which will appear on the locked/home screen if notifications for that app are enabled. It is very good camera. I tried 3 before buying this one.
A:AnswerI haven't tried 2 phones but I had trouble connecting I just kept trying resetting the camera and deleting it finally it came through trial and error

A:AnswerI use my android phone. I suppose you could use any of your devices that are connected to your wifi. So when I'm away I simply check my phone or set the notifications. Again it's super easy!
A:AnswerIf you shared your Kasa account credentials with another person, or their phone, you will need to do one of the following if you wish to revoke their access:
1. Reset your Kasa account password
2. Remove the camera from your Kasa account by factory resetting it, then create a new Kasa account and add the camera to it
