- Answer Comes with a certain amount of storage, but you’re also able to add clouds services. I’m please with the amount it stores. I look at it daily though and save what i want on to my phone.

- Answer After you download the free Kasa app to your phone, you can discover and access the Smart Spot camera. I have been using the Kasa app on my Android phone and iPad for over a year to access and control their Smartplugs (love them!) and recently purchased and added my first Smart Spot camera. Through their app I can turn camera on/off, enable/disable motion alerts, view the camera live, receive motion alerts and view the motion triggered video -- from anywhere. Camera has excellent quality and works great.

- Answer Yes, the camera utilizes your router's 2.4GHz WiFi signal for connectivity. As long as your router's WiFi is password protected, the camera will be also. Furthermore, the camera's video feed and clips are encrypted within your Kasa Smart account, which is created during setup, adding an additional layer of protection for your Kasa Cam. - Answer The Kasa Spot Indoor camera offers remote control and viewing via the Kasa Smart app. After setting up your Kasa account and installing the camera, you will be able to view and interact with it as long as your phone has an Internet connection. Regards, TP-Link Support

QuestionCan you position this camera at a window to aim outside to a parking area? And it does record correct? So that I would be able to go back and review the overnight video the next day?

- Answer You can if the room is dark. If the lights are on in the room, you might get reflection on the windows and the camera will not see anything outside the window. Also, in the nightvision mode, it doesn't work when placing the camera to see through a window pane. The light from camera just reflects back.

- Answer The Kasa Spot Indoor camera's operating temperature range is 0°C~40°C (32°F~104°F). Based on the temperature range you specified, we cannot guarantee reliable functionality of the camera in that environment. However, our Kasa Cam Outdoor (KC200) is designed to weather harsher elements, and has an operating temperature range of -20°C~43°C (-4°F~109.4°F). Regards, TP-Link Support

- Answer The problem with most cameras that have night vision is that they use infrared light. If positioned behind glass the IR (Red Light) bounces back, this causes a glare or reflection on the lens/camera. You can leave a light on outside like the porch, garage etc but most of darker areas will not be visible. Consider the TP Link outdoor camera.
