QuestionThis camera is suppose to come with 2way audio. I can hear them over my phone but how do you activate the audio to come over the camera so they can hear me?

- Answer I am also getting the same issue. It appears to be a phone model issue. My husband has a Samsung Galaxy S22 and it works fine for him when he pushes the mic and talks. However, I have a Samsung ZFlip 3 and it does not work at all when I press the mic button....Seems like Kasa needs to update their comparability.

- Answer Only works with 2.4 not 5, so maybe that's the problem you're having with

QuestionHow do I reset my kasa spot pan and tilt to factory settings. I set it up at a different location and now I can't get it to work on a different wifi. I keeps shutting my wifi off and wants me to choose kasa pan tilt wifi which there isn't any wifi with it

- Answer To reset, you need to have a pin, just move the camera up vertically and there's a hole, insert the pin and push for a few seconds
