“Will the HS200 operate the pre-programmed settings if the Wi-Fi Router is not operating or is not powered ON? I assume no changes or remote operation is possible without the Router; however, is the W-Fi Router needed for the pre-programmed operation?”

I just tried it and the Schedule works even if the router is off. The schedule is saved internally.
