Q: QuestionIs Ax 1500 need to be joined to main modem and It is worked as an access point only ?! And what if my country support only rj 11 to be plugged into back port and this router has a Wan port Rj 45 how to solve that dilemma?

The router utilizes RJ45 for Ethernet connectivity. It is not equipped with RJ11 interface ports. If your Internet connection is received over RJ11, it is likely DSL Internet, in which case you will need a separate DSL modem to use in conjunction with this router.

Q: QuestionI currently have google fiber. There is a fiber jack that is plugged into the wall then an ethernet cable connected to a wifi point. Can the TP-Link-Wireless AX1500 router be used with this set up and if so, how would it be connected in?

• A:Answer I am going to make a few assumptions because I don't actually have Google fiber. 1. The fiber jack basically acts as a cable modem where it allows it to send signal to your router. 2. Your wifi point is already a router or part of an existing mesh system. 3. Google has recently allowed users to use your own router by changing the user settings in your google fiber account. You would need to do #3 from above and then use the ethernet cable from your fiber jack and plug into the main ethernet port on your new router. Set it up as you normally would using your routers guide. Although, if you already have Google fiber, especially with a mesh setup, why get another router? Unless you intend to use the benefits of wifi6. Good luck!
