You will have 400 minutes to last the entire year. I used the card with ZTE Tracfone and got three times the number of minutes so each card gave me 1200 minutes for the whole year.

If you haven't used up the 400 minutes by the end of the year, I believe the munites will rollover. But you will have to purchase another phone card from Tracfone of any denomination to continue cell phone service.
