“With the Alcatel My Flip 2, will I be able to take the SIM card from my old Trac phone and install it in the Alcatel phone… so that I can keep my same number and transfer my minutes? My old trac phone is inoperable and reads No Service”

You can transfer your time and minutes.you cannot use the sim card. You must talk to a representative to get your time, minutes and phone number. Ours lasted two days. We are getting another phone.
