A:AnswerJudy I called TracFone and there are only two flip phones that will work. My spouse likes easy and the flip phone he used would no longer be supported by Verizon cellular as of 12/31/19. I have an Android that he would never have patience with. The only complaint I have with this flip phone is the background is a light blue and the charge indicator on the upper right side is white so it can be difficult to determine if you have a full charge or not
A:AnswerThis phone will work with 5 different major Carriers. Your region will determine which Carrier Tracfone leases bandwidth from. You should contact Tracfone to see which Carrier your region uses, if you suspect a coverage problem.
A:AnswerIf your service days have expired, your account has become inactive. You'll have to call Tracphone to reactivate it and buy more service days too.
A:AnswerThanks Curt for your answer! Hope you see this! The frequency is important for the tower of service in the area. Verizon 4G requires 850-1900MHZ. And yes you are right, the answer was found elsewhere (other than BB) this model phone IS 850-1900MHZ. Frustration and negative reviews happen on cell phones, I think many can be avoided if consumers researched to learn all the details they need to get good coverage. This one will in fact fit my needs. AT&T tower will also serve good service on this phone in my area. My 3G phone that is not this high of frequency, gets no bars, has no coverage and I had to learn why to avoid it on this phone replacement. Hope this helps another.
