• I just purchased this phone and switched it over to my Safelink account with no problem. You will not get all the features, just your regular phone and free texts, and a different minute plan.

• Good morning, John. Unfortunately, you won't be able to. Any Smartphone device cannot be used with SafeLink service. However, you may activate any non-Android phone from TracFone Wireless and transfer your LifeLine services.
