Hi. This is Wendy from TracFone Wireless. It's called the Download Mode. One of the quickest ways to fix this problem is to exit the download mode. This can be done by following these steps. Make sure you’re on the screen with “Downloading… Do not turn off target“. Press and hold the power button, home button, volume down button at the same time. It’s important to press them at the same time. Keep them pressed until the screen goes black, then release all buttons. If your device doesn’t automatically reboot, press the power button yourself. After that, your phone will reboot and perform normally. Thank you.
