“I have a Boost Mobile plan with a TCL Kai OS flip phone (4G I believe). Can I use this phone with Tracfone and have my number ported? BTW what does it mean when a phone is LOCKED? I also have an old Motorola Moto g phone not in use. Is that Locked?”
