- Answer Hi. This is Robert from TracFone Wireless. We will need to check if your UMIDIGI F2 is compatible/eligible with our network through the Bring Your Own Phone Program. Any AT&T, T-Mobile compatible phones or unlocked GSM phones operating in 850 and 1900 MHz bands will work with our Bring Your Own Phone Program. If it is a CDMA device, we need to have the serial number (IMEI/MEID DEC) of the phone to check if it is eligible with our network. - Answer I used an unlocked phone and it gave me a new number when I set it up initially on their plan. However, I was not able to choose the number I wanted, it just gave me a random number. Basically, just install the sim card and follow their step by step directions (that's in the package) and choose a phone plan. It will give you a new number.

- Answer I have this same phone J7. Straight talk is not Tracfone. If yours is a locked phone to Straight talk, this will not work. If it is an unlocked phone, the straight talk card might be able to be removed and this tracfone one installed. All depends if locked or unlocked.

QuestionMy S10+ has wifi calling capability, and I have a Tracfone sim but wifi calling does not work. I was told that I need a new Tracfone SIM card. Will this fix my issue?

- Answer Katrina, like any other Tracfone rep, has very limited knowledge of their products and system. The truth is, wifi calling does NOT work with the AT&T sim. It should work with T-Mobile though. I am not sure about Verizon, as my phone is gsm. The trouble with T-Mobile is a poor to nonexistent signal in large buildings. So, no wifi calling for me.

- Answer go online to tracfone to see if your apple model is supported. then purchase a tracfone sim card activation kit. it's super easy to activate.

- Answer Call Tracfone to activate new phone. Tell them you currently have a Tracfone and they will transfer the same number as long as your old phone is still active.

- Answer It should work with a bring your own phone style plan. I was existing customer or Tracfone cause I didn’t want a monthly phone bill. I was able to use the sim and unlocked iPhone and transfer my account to my new phone. You’ll probably have to create an account online first. If you need help try the chat with Tracfone, that seems to be faster
