is this TracFone - LG 441G Prepaid Cell Phone 4G or 5G? null

Well, it's neither 4G nor 5G--it's 3G as a matter of fact/ BUT, it's a good 3G: email, news, text etc. It won't play videos. It's basic but adequate. It is NOT a smart phone. It is not a pocket computer. Just a great 3G phone.

As far as I know, it's 3G (it's in the Specs)
