Hmmm, not sure. My tracfone gets signal from at&t tower nearby. & I get my hotspot internet from nearby t-mobile tower. So I'm thinking tracfone prefers at&t. This would be a shame for you because this LG phone is outstanding. Contact tracfone. Good luck.
