“will the phone allow apps to be moved to an external SD card? I'm upgrading from a tracphone with 16 GB internal which I can move (using a moving app) the apps core to the SD drive. I've ordered and tried a moto, and a tcl and they will not allow that”

Why then would a previous samsung tracphone allow many, at least 7 apps to move to the sd card, while this TCL A3 will NOT allow the move of the same apps to the sd card?
