• I would imagine so if Best Buy sends you a Tracfone as listed in the ad. Otherwise they may send you a Net 10 phone like they did some of us and Net 10 phones will not work with Tracfone.

• Yes, but you do have to call customer service to do so. It is a little tedious however possible.
