A:Answer The box says Net 10. I have Tracfone service and was able to use this phone. The phone is great, but it took about 3 hours on the phone (and on hold) with Tracfone before it happened. Once done, my phone number, all my existing minutes, data and text were transfer to the new phone. You will need a Tracfone BYOP SIM card, they cost $1.00.
