“I bought one of these 4 days ago at wallmart. The tech said he would help me set it up. 6 hours over two days on the phone with tracfone and still not connected to service. Instead the service bars are moving fast from 1 to 5 and back again. Whats up?”

My experience with Tracfone was better. I called them and set up took about an hr. She guides me thru prompts and took info from me. Used phone number on package (back side) to contact tech.
