I don't know of any cell phones that can do this. The best thing to do is to only give her phone number to her contacts and have her stay off the internet. This phone does have the ability not to be tracked by web sites. It's in the settings. She shouldn't get any spam calls if she does this. I have had this phone for awhile now and have not gotten one spam call.
