• Push the big black blank button with a black ring around it to turn speaker phone on/off.

• Hi. This is Katherine from Tracfone Wireless. While on a call, in your screen you can see a speaker or volume icon and you need to tap that for you to turn on the speaker of your phone. Thank you.
