Yes same with my mother. I found it faster to transfer her number and minutes by the web address. Had tried earlier by phone and got confused and probably confused the person I was speaking with. Just know that unlike the older flip phones, this one doesn’t disconnect the call if you only close the phone. Unless the other party disconnects, this one tries to stay connected and probably drains your minutes.
