A:AnswerI know that you are supposed to be able to bring your own phone, or keep your phone number, but as for the sim, the best would be to contact tracfone.com. But if you want my advice as someone who has dealt with trac fone, it's much easier to just buy the phone and a basic minutes card and just activate it. When I bought this phone, it didn't take long at all to activate it, but I have another phone that I didn't want to lose my phone number that was a 3G. It stopped functioning because they disabled phones that weren't 4G. I bought a nice LG tracfone that I really love, and eventually I managed to get it switched over to this one, but it was a 6 hour long nightmare.
A:AnswerTry going to settings, then go to sounds. From there you should be able to manage things like volume, ring tones and alert tones. Maybe it's set to none instead of a tone, or possibly the volume needs to be set higher.
