- Answer I've run into this problem with pictures and large texts. What you have to do is turn on your data, and THEN download the text. It doesn't work using wireless, you have to use your data minutes. I turn my data off immediately after downloading the photo/text to save my data minutes.

- Answer There are multiple "versions" of Bluetooth. Make sure your phone and other device are using the same version or are backwards compatible. Versions are numbered, ie 1.2, 2.0, 3.0 or 4.0. Your owners manual for each item will have the Bluetooth version and compatibility information.
