A:AnswerThe one at Best Buy is a Cdma. Verizon. Be careful and look at the model # on the box. Should be an 820C. The "C" is the letter to look for in the model number if you want Verizon. I had an old non-smartphone from Tracfone & it was in the Verizon network & I was able to use it in places where some of my friends who had better AT&T phones couldn't get service! Even worked fine in Hawaii calling to other States..
A:AnswerGood day. Not all of the applications are compatible with the phone. There area applications that were created just for tablets or Galaxy S6 phones. You must check the application requirements and compatibility.
A:AnswerGood day, Marti. You can keep using our regular TracFone service cards. As well, you may use the special service cards for Smartphones. Smartphones have separate buckets of units for voice calls, text messaging and data usage and have the Triple Minutes feature. For example, a 60 minutes “Pay As You Go” TracFone card redeemed on a smartphone will provide 180 minutes for voice, 180 text messages and 180 MB of data. Voice calls are charged at the rate of one (1) unit per minute. Text messages are charged at the rate of one (1) unit per text. Data is charged based on actual usage.
