• I bought Prime in store. But I have heard that you can return exchange. But you have to ask the store.

• I received the same. According to the reviews many others have received Astrotrain instead of Optimus. Apparently best buy doesn't have any or have very few Optimus figures in stock. Try contacting customer service to see if you can switch. I just kept the Astrotrain since it is still a good figure though not Optimus..
