- Answer 10 devices Mac is andriid windows any thing related but hope you have better luck i did. My ourchase was in July 2021 of 1300.00 callled 3 days after recieved my items due to brand be device nit turning on. Well lets just say its now 2022 an yet have I got to use any of my purchases. Act had to finally call HP about my item an what you knownhad a bad part brand new but best buy wouldn't do anything 50 calls not incouding ones they left me on hold for 4 to 5 hiurs never to return or one hung up on me I have same exact trend micro 10 devices and 3 orhers none of keycodes I were giving worked 2 were from 2013 . then manager sent me fake receipt say in items were trial an my receipt on app say paid subscription his date was wrong an order number was total different. Hope you have better luck my friend I got 6 months warranty left on brand new items an have yet to even use them one time. No joke.
