• I bought it in-store and it came with a code in a box on a piece of paper. On the Micro Trend website you can request a physical disc if you want but I went through the download process and it wasn't terribly difficult. If you buy this just read the steps online for download and code redeeming instructions, I think you will be fine. I am a person with average computer knowledge and I got it up in running in a little under an hour.

• You were actually buying a download. But within the download is an option to have a free DVD sent to you.

• You are buying a download but once you go online, you have the option to have a disk sent to you free of charge.
