A:Answer I would recommend purchasing direct from Trend Micro if you are purchasing online. When I purchased this from Best Buy online, the link would not allow me to download the software. When I attempted to cancel the purchase, I was told I couldn't because I had already ATTEMPTED to download it. I told them that since their site was blocking the download, the purchase was not completed in a legal sense of the term and that I was therefore entitled to a full refund. I even sent screen shots showing how their system was denying me the right to download the software I purchased. It took a week and a Better Business Bureau complaint to get the purchase cancelled and my purchase price refunded.
As a side note, there are better Security Packages out there than Trend Micro.
