QuestionAre you able to verify the height of flat bench? If think this should be 8" in specs. Can you send height, length, width.

- Answer The padded area of the bench is 47” long by 12” wide. The pad is 2.5” thick. When it’s set flat on the floor the top of the pad is 16.5” in height.
