• 1. You have a wheel control that you turn with your thumb that can either increase the volume for chat and decrease the volume for the game or decrease volume for chat and increase the volume for game. It is either one or the other. 2. Under settings on your in PS4, you can set it either way.

• Due to how the PS4 handles chat/game audio, there are not separate controls. There are controls that alter the overall volume, bass boost, mic monitoring level and virtual surround sound adjustment. PS4 must be set to all audio if you wish to hear the game audio in the headset.
