• It can put its gonna feel weird since the headset has Left side and Right side distinguished.

• Mic is connected to the side of the headset and can not be switched to opposite side or removed.

• No, the mic only fits on the left side. The headset has a right and left ear cup marked, plus that is fitted that way for comfort.
