- Answer No, both of my sons own this headset. They each have their own Xbox one console; one is an older edition and the other the most recent one. Neither of them needed any adapters and they say this is one of the best headsets they’ve owned. The communication is clear and they’re very comfortable on the ears. I hope this helps.

QuestionHow well does this headset let me soundwhore? like while playing cod ww2 because my last headset let me soundwhore fairly decent. And by soundwhore I mean sit in a corner and listen for footsteps.

- Answer I’m not sure as I don’t have a Nintendo Switch, if it has a 3.5mm jack and the headset as well, so if the Nintendo Switch has one it should work. The sound quality is good, not Turtle Beach’s best sounding headset, but better than most.
