You can't play while they're charging, but you won't have to worry about ever running out of power with these. They seriously last for days and days. I use them all the time while playing PSVR... I don't have to charge them except once a month. Seriously! And I play for hours each day and night.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.YES THEY PLUG IN AND YOU CAN USE THEM WHILE CHARGING
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Oh yes, they do. Ran into that issue playing ESO just last week. I had an older device charger connected to my PC, which is right next to where I sit for my PS4 gaming. All I had to do was plug the charging cable into the port on the earcup. Left my usual cable jacked into the Dual Shock the whole time. Finished my game run for the evening like that, and phones were fully charged to boot!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can plug it in and use it at the same time, but the cord is very short so it's difficult to play when you can only be a few inches from where it's plugged into the console. It doesn't charge while being plugged into the controller.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know what you mean by plugging into a dual shock 4 to charge but if your wondering if you can use these while charging. Technically you can and they will work but you would need a long enough cable that reaches the usb slot in your headset while still be able to game comfortably. I advise not doing that to much since you will wear out the battery life of your headset. Obviously if you do it a couple times its ok but try not to make a habit of it. Happy Gaming :)
