“How much better are these than the stealth 400?”

• They are really almost identical. I have both the 400's and the 500's. Honestly, I enjoy the 400's better, only because the 500's have more of a "louder" sound. I can't say it's stereo per say. It's just loud. The 400's seem more balanced and tonal for my preference. But all in all the same. Buttons & look are practically identical

• Essentially the only difference is the stealth 500p are DTS 7.1 surround sound and the 400p are 2 channel stereo. Other than that, the specs are the same. While I don't think surround sound is essential, I do find it very cool and a feature I look for.

• Much more comfortable than the stealth 400. I actually returned the 400 to get these. Features are about the same.
