If you use a One controller as a PC game pad, however, I have personally not had it work; however my laptop is fussy and doesn't work right unless I threaten it with buying a Macbook.

No, its wired specifically for the xbox one. I would recommend getting the Logitech G230 for pc gaming.

They work on my PlayStation vita, haven't tested the Mic for the vita yet but it should work on pc as well.
