• The headset xo seven pro by turtle beach is USB enabled, works on xbox one and PC as wells a good buy.

• You could use any headset you prefer you would just need to purchase a y-cable that has both game and chat separated. Or purchase a mic that has it straight out of the box. Most headsets for Xbox1 do not have this cross functionality without that y-cable.
