most likely it's your xbox settings, for some reason xbox limits all headsets so that's why the mix amps help assist headsets reach their full potential. go to 1...setting. 2..display & sound 3..volume 4.chat mixer adjust accordingly 5.party chat, set to headset. sometimes when you hot home button it will show volume prior to settings. of so adjust there then setting and follow steps above. each headset acts differently so its trial and error.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you're plugging directly into your computer then it may be your sound card in your pc or a setting you have. Especially if you are using Realtek audio. I would check your 3.5mm cable. As well maybe get a 3.5mm splitter if your pc has a plug for both audio and mic. Direct the headset part into the mix amp and the other into the computer directly. I actually don't use a mix amp for these because they aren't really needed and I heard the mixamp isn't really the best to use with these.
