Q: QuestionIs there like an instruction manual online for this? I don't think I have it connected right, it doesn't play any sounds at all, doesn't even seem to be recognized by my Xbox. So far no YouTube vids have helped

• A:Answer Yea! It fixed mine. They are Notoriously bad on the Microsoft Xbox one controllers so this whole fix my problem so I didn’t have to buy a new controller every few months because it doesn’t work right it’s definitely worth it because it plugs into the USB at the bottom of your controller instead of the 3.5 mm mic Port

Q: QuestionI'm not receiving any prompt to update my controller when I connect to my Xbox via the USB cable. Is this incompatible with Elite Controllers, or is there somewhere in settings I can go to manually initiate the update? Thanks!

• A:Answer Yes it's compatible with the elite controller go into settings devices and connections then accessories then 3 dots first box press and update make sure the device is connected to your controller when you do this.

Q: QuestionSo every time my controller dies I have to entirely restart my xbox to get sound out of my headset, and it’s not the headsets fault. Am I doing something wrong? Or is the adapter messed up?

• A:Answer I understand that your question is not new, but whereas BestBuy just prompted me to comment on it, I will. You should not have to restart the Xbox to maintain sound after replacing batteries when using this adapter. I have never experienced that issue using it, and I've had my batteries die while playing fairly frequently.
