- Answer The jack plug is straight, not L-shaped. The audio cable it comes with cannot be unplugged from the headset.

- Answer This headset uses a standard 3.55mm aux. The same as a phone or car aux. Although you probably don't need something this powerful for a zoom meeting. Turtle beech has a variety of headphones so chose wisely. Although if you do go with this one, you won't be disappointed in its quality.

- Answer Yes. I've used it and the stealth 300 on every system and it works great. Xbox One, Series X, PS5 and Switch. You also don't need an adapter for it to use on any system.

- Answer With this headset you have two volume control dials. One controls the volume of the sound coming to your ears in the headphones. The other controls the loudness of your voice going through the mic to those your chatting with. Try turning that dial up more. If you are using a PS4, (and I’m sure Xbox would have a similar feature) go into Sounds and Devices and you can to a mic test where you can adjust how loud you speak, if you want to hear more of the game Audio vs. chat audio, etc...

- Answer Yes it is compatible with xbox. There is an xbox, off, and PS4 mode. I recommend using the PS4 mode even when on Xbox. It'll sound better and louder then xbox mode.

- Answer They are a heavier set of headphones. The quality is amazing but probably isn't the right pair for you. Just make sure she isn't straining herself while she plays. One of the worst positions to play games in is looking up high. If this isn't the case, sorry and good luck.

- Answer Mic has to be pulled down to be on, if mike is vertical it is off. If crossplaying ensure your friends down have cross play mic disabled

- Answer I don't think you would want this one for noise cancelation. It muffles a good amount but is better at picking up noises then canceling them.

QuestionI’ve had the headset charged for over 24 hours and the light has still not turned green and when I unplug it from the charger it won’t turn on. I understand it can be used while charging but I would like to use it without being plugged into the charger

- Answer It sounds like you have a faulty unit, mine turns green in less than an hour of charging and can be used without the charging cable after that.
