- Answer These headphones are no good. I bought them and the volume is very low. Everybody has issues with these headphones. If I would've known how poor the quality of these headphones are, I would've never bought them.

- Answer Yes. Keep in mind, though, that the microphone is not noise canceling. It will pick up "room noise" such as other people talking or the dog barking or the television sound.

- Answer I don't know about finding one specifically on the Best Buy site, but if you buy at ebay or amazon, any audio/mic splitter will work. I bought a cheap $5 one and it works great with this on my PC.

- Answer Can only use for Xbox controllers with the 3.5mm. If you have a normal controller that does not have that jack (just the circle), do not buy these without getting an adapter (which is like $40- 75!

QuestionI heard it doesn't have surround sound. Will that make a huge difference in terms of hearing where opponents are? Or is it close to the same thing? I'm a casual gamer but sound is a huge factor when I play.

- Answer Not sure you can really get true surround sound of a headset like this, but I use for gaming on Fortnite among other games and it works just fine. I can hear to the left, right, in front behind me and I can usually tell where the sound is coming from. For the price point, good entry level set, these will work wonderfully.
