A:AnswerHave you tried a different wire to charge them? If so they technically not broken, it’s the charging port that is damaged. You can try call up turtle beach ( if you have the first year warranty ) and they will replace them. Or if you have the Best Buy warranty they also will replace them

A:AnswerYep, I do the same. I have mine connected to my MacBook Pro. Works really well...with a caveat. I detailed those in my review of the product. Long story short: keep an unobstructed "line of sight" between the headset and its RF receiver when using it with a PC/Mac.
A:AnswerYes it works with Windows 10. You can also download software to update the firmware. The sound quality may be worse than PS4. I haven't had good luck when I used it with my PC.
