A:Answer Had my headset for 2 years and the battery wouldn't take a charge anymore. Support wouldn't fix it since it is out of warranty and they don't switch out the battery. I tried to replace the battery but couldn't find the same battery, but found a similar one. Tried that but the connection was different. So unless you can find the exact same battery, it will be an expensive paper weight. I did love the headset when it worked, but am not buying them again.
