A:AnswerI made a purchase of a 49” Samsung TV and it was hand delivered on November 12, 2018. Anthony Assante and Mark were very professional and efficient to bring and set up my TV. These two were very respectful and caring toward this customer. I was greeted well and these two men were good representatives of Best Buy and their product. ALSO, they set up my Soundbar and connected it to my 49” Samsung TV. I will continue to purchase from Best Buy.
A:AnswerBest answer is to ask the tech when they get there they MIGHT charge you at a fair rate or just do it with what you are having done. Free is nice but done RIGHT at a fair price is up there also.
A:AnswerI chose to use a TV stand because the wires would be something my new puppy would love to chew on. If you want to hang it this TV would be perfect for hanging just let your Geek Squad person know, they were incredibly helpful to me I'm sure they would be to you just make sure you let them know of your concerns.
A:AnswerMarcia, if your TV's are Smart TV's, you can eliminate the Firesticks because that's all built into the TV's. The Smart TV's have the Netflix, Hulu and more built into their apps section. Ours is hooked up through our Directv DVR and blu-ray DVD and a sound bar.
Call the Best Buy Geek Squad and they will come out and set it all up for you, Professionally.
My set up was from boxes to wall and they made it look very easy. Probably because they do it all day long. It took them an hour and a half to do mine and the charge was $100.00.
