Q: QuestionHi, I bought a 75” TV and a Sony sound bar at Best Buy, in addition to both the TV and sound bar mounting brackets. I paid for the premium installation, which will include running cables behind the wall, etc. Will they also mount my sound bar for me?

Q: Questionwill geek squad install junction box? already have in wall wiring with cut outs but plug is hanging out of wall and tv will not go flat against wall when mount is pushed in. can wires and plug be repositioned or recessed by geek squad?

Q: QuestionI have 2x4s behind the wall that run horizontally, which blocks the cords from running behind the wall. The tech I have here is telling me that he can't run the cords. Since this service is to hide the cords in the wall, what can be done?

• A:Answer You have a firebreak inside of your wall. My crew drilled a hole through it to make it work. But then again they said they ran out of time and left without putting all the cables through. Unfortunately from my experience and hearing your different poor experience I'd find another company and it pains me to say it because I had high hopes.

• A:Answer If you are Tech Support Member ($199/year), then the premium tv wall mount will $49 instead of $199. I bought my tv from Best Buy and I ordered 2 tv wall mounts installation. I paid $199 for membership and $98 to install the tv. I basically $100 by joining the total tech support.

• A:Answer Well typically they ask at the store what type of wall you have to determine cost. I do know if they have to cut a hole for finding wires to hook up to your tv they will charge extra. The basic install would typically be come in hang tv bracket mount and install tv then plug all wires in accordingly. So if you didn't have wires ready to hook up then yes. I'm guessing every place is different and also depends on the agents attitude too.
