A:Answer I was told by Init/Insignia/Best Buy that no replacement parts were available. The one rep from Init actually gave me a part # and said I could probably find it on ebay. No such luck. Being that these middle shelf supports are made of PLASTIC, if you bump or move the glass, they will break (2 of mine did, and luckily I was able to catch the glass before it fell and broke). I went and bought some 1/2" aluminum C channel, drilled out the holes, painted it black and installed it - it will not break this time.
